Vintage Design
Iconic Stool model PH-43 designed by Poul Hundevad, Denmark in the 60’s. Very good original vintage condition with beautiful crafted solid teak frame and leather with 70 years of patina. Commonly referred to as the ‘Guldhøj’ (Gold Hill) chair / stool Hundevad’s design was inspired by a piece that dates back to 1300 BC. It is considered as the oldest known piece of Scandinavian furniture and an example is preserved in the National Museum of Denmark.
