A vintage nautical sailboat art illustration from The Little Fisherman by Margaret Wise Brown, author of Goodnight Moon. Featuring a charming sailboat at sea. In a white 8″x10″ mat, ready to be framed.

This print was taken from a lovely old book that had seen better days. While I could not find a copyright date, it appears to have been first published in 1945. There is some discoloration to the illustration on the lower left, though less noticeable a foot or two away. A brown and white polka dot paper backs and encases the print into the mat.

The art and pattern play creates a vintage modern vibe for child’s bedroom, playroom or nursery.
