Antique Swedish country chest in gustavian style. The chest is a genuine country house furniture from northern Sweden made around 1830. It has three working drawers and slanted corners with fluted decor. Later hardware in brass. The paint has some distress and marks after use. The white paint underneath shines through in places, visible like small white dots, see pictures. Original lock and key, however one lock is not functional. The glides the drawers rest on are recently renovated so the drawers function well and are easy to use. Healthy and stable frame.
