:
Chest of drawers with three drawers made using the gallery construction method.
The legs are made of solid walnut and stand on small plinths. At the back they are designed as square posts, at the front they are semi-circular.
The rest of the furniture is veneered in walnut with extravagant grain patterns on the top and front. The veneer pattern is subtly interrupted by the inlaid ebony key plates in the shape of coats of arms.
The original locks have been preserved.
The back panel is of frame construction with two freely movable panels.
Condition:
Ready-to-use condition restored with a shellac hand polish. The drawers run cleanly and smoothly. The locks work.
