The total diamond weight is approximately 4 carats. The quality of the diamonds is gem perfect, DIF, the highest quality used by Audemars. The dial has an additional 12 gem perfect sapphires, weighing 0.02 carats each. The entire watch is 18k yellow-gold, including the case, back, crown, and bracelet.
