Antique Porcelain Faucet Lever Diverter Handle – Spout/Spray – 12 Spline

This antique porcelain faucet/diverter lever is for use on antique sink or tub & shower valve stems with a 12 spline fitting, nicely labeled with Spray and Spout. The original nickel plating on the neck has minor scratches, dings and a small patch missing on once side but is in good condition otherwise.
