Vintage Design
We present you a Louis Philippe secretaire from the mid-19th century. There are three bottom drawers, a removable board flush with the rest, and a narrow drawer with a concave-convex front under the cornice. The whole is finished with a flat, retracted add-on unit with an additional drawer. Furthermore, the cut corners of the secretary desk are decorated with semi-plastic, turned elements. A storage compartment and two rows of small drawers are hidden inside. What makes the secretaire especially decorative is the beautiful graining of mahogany veneer, the so-called pyramid. Presented piece of furniture has not undergone renovation. It is in very good condition. Only the French polish is slightly faded.
