This is a stamped brass faucet mounted soap dish. The soap dish has been plated in chrome, though most has worn away. There are 2 holes for drainage. The dish would slide over a splined stem on a kitchen faucet. There are 18 splines. This item is in poor condition. Structurally this item is fine, it is just the finish that is in poor condition.
