19th-Century Biedermeier Sewing Table Veneered with Mahogany We present you a sewing table from the 2nd half of the 19th century. The form of this piece of furniture is modest – characteristic of the Biedermeier style. The case is simple, and its shape resembles that of a cube. Moreover, the top can be lifted. All this supported on curvilinear X-shaped legs. At the one third of the height, the legs are connected with a turned stretcher. The inside is divided by compartments. Some of them are missing. Presented sewing table is after professional renovation and finished in French polish. The whole presents itself exquisitely.
