Vintage Design
This modular sofa model “Modulin” was designed in the 1960s by Ole Gjerløv Knudsen & Torben Lind and manufactured by the Danish manufacture France & Søn. The sofa consists of five armchairs. The frame of the chairs is made of solid teak wood and has been professionally and carefully restored by removing old coatings, staining and finishing with varnish. The seat and backrest have been upholstered anew in a graphite-navy blue fabric. The upholstery sponge was also replaced.
The armchairs can be combined with each other to create sofas with various layouts. For this purpose, they have pre-drilled holes in the side frame. All armchairs have the manufacturer’s signature.
